Evgenia Viknyanshchuk

Evgenia Viknyanshchuk has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Team Leader/ Project Manager/ Project Assistant for Conference and Event Management. In 2007, they worked as a Junior Account Manager and Marketing Representative for Octava OOO - Consulting. Investment. Real Estate. Evgenia then worked as a Project Assistant, Researcher for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael in 2007 and 2010, respectively. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Junior Manager e-Marketing Content Creation (European Graduate Programme), Junior Manager Retail Development Pan-European Product Marketing (European Graduate Programme), and Junior Manager e-Commerce Sales & Business Development (European Graduate Programme) for Sony. In 2014, they began working as a Digital Business Consultant for Accenture, and in 2018, they became a Customer Insights Consultant for PostNL. In 2020, they began working as a Team Lead Project Manager | Customer Success Management and Project Manager | Customer Success Management for Flex Databases, and also as a Mentor for Evisors Inc.

Evgenia Viknyanshchuk obtained their BA in European Studies from Saint Petersburg State University between 2004 and 2008. Evgenia then attended Le Collège universitaire français (C.U.F.) in 2007 and 2008, where they studied Law and Sociology. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Saint Petersburg State University again and obtained an MA in International Relations. During this time, they also obtained a MSc in Conflict Resolution & Governance from the University of Amsterdam. Evgenia has also obtained several certifications, including a NLP Practitioner from the NLP Center in Saint Petersburg in 2008, a PRINCE2® in 2015, a Finance for Non-Finance Professionals by Rice University on Coursera in 2017, a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy in 2017, a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2018, and a Certified SAFe 4.6 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017 and will obtain a Mentor certification from WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement in 2022.
