Clay Wild has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Clay is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Flex Force Enterprises Inc. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of Sentinel Imaging & Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and business development for small businesses in the defense industry. Clay also has experience working as the Director of Business Development at Sofradir EC, Inc. and Leonardo DRS, where they focused on growing new markets and planning in various sectors. Clay has served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Company Commander and Joint Planner specializing in maritime and intel planning. Clay has also worked as a Director of Business Development at Teledyne FLIR and as a Risk Manager at Aon Risk Services. Earlier in their career, they were the Owner and Managing Director of Western Pacific Marine Ltd., where they conducted investigations and surveys related to shipping losses and piracy in East Asian countries. Clay began their career in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they served as a Captain, Mate, and Watch Officer, including deployment during Desert Storm.
Clay Wild completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science from the US Coast Guard Academy, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Clay then pursued higher education and earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree with a focus on International Business and New Product Marketing from Temple University between 2003 and 2005. In 2006 to 2008, they attended the U.S. Naval War College and obtained a Certificate in Joint Professional Military Education. Finally, Clay Wild obtained another Certificate in Advanced Joint Professional Military Education from the Joint Forces Staff College, where they studied during 2008 and 2009.
