Rob Sadow

Rob Sadow is the CEO and Co-Founder of Flex Index, a global insight platform focused on flexible work, which, as of September 2024, encompasses over 13,000 companies and 100,000 offices, employing more than 120 million people worldwide. Sadow has also served as an angel investor since August 2020, supporting various startups including Modern Animal and LayerZero. Previously, Sadow was the CEO and Co-Founder of Scoop Commute, where the company grew to become the leading enterprise carpool solution globally. Additional experience includes membership in a private leadership community for executives at high-performing companies and positions at Bain & Company, along with a role as a Board Member for the Association for Commuter Transportation. Rob Sadow holds a BSE in Management, Legal Studies, and Business Ethics from The Wharton School.
