Jainik Kathiara

Jainik Kathiara has worked in the semiconductor industry since 2005. Jainik began as a Design Intern at Freescale Semiconductor, then moved on to a Design Engineer role in the same company. In 2008, they took on an Application Co-op role at Analog Devices, followed by a Staff Design Verification Engineer role in 2010. Currently, they are a Sr. Staff Verification Engineer at Flex Logix Technologies, Inc., a position they have held since 2022. During their time at Analog Devices, they led a team for end-to-end verification of ARM Cortex-M33 based secure processor subsystem, worked with Architecture and Software teams to develop comprehensive verification plans, and setup a unified environment for simulation and emulation. At Freescale Semiconductor, they worked in the Verification team, creating and reviewing system level test plans, as well as verifying various interchip communication protocols.

Jainik Kathiara obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Nirma Institute of Technology between 2001 and 2005. Jainik then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University between 2007 and 2010.
