Kumanan Arumugam

Kumanan Arumugam has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Site HR Business Partner at Flex since April 2019. In addition, Kumanan leads HR, employee relations, and industrial relations activities at Neel Industries Private Limited within the JBM Group of Companies since April 2017. Kumanan has been the Head of HR at INFAC INDIA PVT LTD since December 2012, overseeing all HR activities. Previously, Kumanan held key HR roles at Sharadha Terry Products Limited, Veejay Lakshmi Textiles Limited, Eastman Apparel Works, and Mount Mettur Pharmaceuticals Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work with a focus on Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare from Madras School of Social Work, along with a Bachelor of Labour Management from the Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies.
