Ty Lai

TY Lai is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Business Unit Operations at Flex since December 2010. TY has held several leadership roles at Flex, including Senior Vice President Operations of Asia Manufacturing and Vice President Operations of Asia Manufacturing. Prior experience includes positions at Cisco as a Global Material Commodity Manager and at Solectron as Director of Program Management. TY began a career in marketing at Atlan Industries S/D as a Marketing Officer. Educational qualifications include an Honors degree in Business Studies from the University of South Wales and further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
