Kasper Kjærgård

Kasper Kjærgård started their work experience in 2006 with the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, where they held various roles such as Assistant General Manager, Centre Yield Manager, and Capacity Specialist. Kasper joined FLEXA in 2013 and has since served as a Business Development Director, Global Operations Director, and Operations Manager. In their current role, they are the Business Development Director and also oversees the Innovation and Product Management Team, Marketing team, and FLEXA Insight. Kasper played a significant role in relaunching FLEXA Play, a range of wooden toys designed to stimulate children's development.

Kasper Kjærgård began their education at Overseas Family School, where they obtained their IGCSE degree from 1996 to 1999.
