Stephen Hayes

Stephen Hayes began their career in 2009 as an Intern at the White House Domestic Policy Council, where they developed and presented position briefs to guide Administration thinking on a range of domestic policies. In 2011, they moved to Inkling, where they held the roles of Implementation Manager and Content Production Manager. In 2015, they joined Lyft and held the roles of Director, Express Drive, Senior Manager, Express Drive, Manager, Express Drive, and Strategy Manager. In 2021, they became the CEO of Flexdrive, a fully owned subsidiary of Lyft, Inc, where they lead a talented organization that works together to create new technology, accelerate fleet electrification, and profitably grow its mobility business.

Stephen Hayes has studied History at Stanford University and Economics at the University of Cape Town.
