Dave Kipe

Dave Kipe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Flexe since August 2023, Kipe leads technology-enabled warehouse services to enhance strategic growth for enterprises. Previously, Kipe held the positions of EVP & Chief Operating Officer at Majestic Steel USA, where responsibilities focused on the supply chain and customer experience, and Chief Operations Officer at Global Industrial Company, overseeing supply chain and customer relations. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Scholastic and Vice-President of Supply Chain positions at MSC Industrial Supply Co. and IKON Office Solutions. Kipe's career began at Walmart in distribution management roles, and academic qualifications include an MBA from Northeastern University, a Master's Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PennWest Clarion.
