Jacob Schwartz

Jacob Schwartz is a Senior Software Engineer at Flexe since June 2021, contributing to the development of advanced features in supply chain software and guiding teams in transitioning from monolithic services to microservices for enhanced release efficiency. Prior to Flexe, Jacob served as a Staff Software Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific, focusing on the Instrument Control Software for Mass Spectrometry, where responsibilities included developing the Instrument Health project and establishing device health metrics. Jacob also held a Software Engineer II position at Ciena, working on the Ethernet Services Manager, and gained early experience as a Computer Systems Assistant at Eastern Washington University and in customer service roles at Office Depot and Fatburger. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Eastern Washington University.
