Dean Wagaman Pmp

Dean Wagaman, PMP, ITIL has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Dean started their career at Mack Trucks, Inc. in 1984, where they served as a UNIX Admin for 24 years. In 2006, they joined Volvo IT as a Software Systems Engineer - Lead, but chose to stay in Pennsylvania when their position was moved to North Carolina due to family and community commitments. Dean stayed with Volvo IT until 2009, working on support, migration, and process improvement in a WebSphere environment as a Software Systems Engineer - Lead. Since 2010, Dean has been working at Flexential as a Technical Project Manager.

Dean Wagaman, PMP, ITIL completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Computer Applications from Penn State University, which they attended from 1982 to 1984.
