Dustin Thompson

Dustin Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Dustin began their career in 2013 as a Head Cook at Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries, where they maintained a clean work environment and handled customer complaints. Dustin then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods from July 2014 to March 2015, where they handled customer questions, managed cashiers, and assisted with register duties during busy periods. In 2015, Dustin served as a Brand Ambassador at Gap Inc./Banana Republic, providing excellent customer service, answering questions about sales and products, and promoting the store's credit card. Dustin also worked as an Assistant Manager at Skechers from July 2015 to October 2016, assisting the store manager, ensuring store operations were efficient, and delivering excellent customer service.

In 2016, Dustin joined Peak 10 as a TAC Intern, gaining valuable experience in technical support. Dustin then moved on to Flexential in 2017, where they held multiple roles. Dustin started as a TAA Level 1 from February 2017 to April 2019, then progressed to TAA Level 2 from April 2019 to October 2021. Currently, Dustin works at Flexential as a Critical Infrastructure Engineer starting from October 2021, leveraging their technical expertise to support and maintain critical infrastructure systems. Overall, Dustin has developed a well-rounded skill set with expertise in customer service, technical support, and critical infrastructure engineering.

Dustin Thompson's education history begins with their high school education at Cedar Ridge High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Business between the years 2010 and 2014. Dustin then went on to pursue an Associate's Degree in Network Security at ECPI University from 2014 to 2015. Following that, Dustin continued their education at ECPI University and obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Network Security from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Dustin also obtained a certification in ITIL Foundations v3 in October 2018, although the institution that provided this certification is unknown.
