David Zwick

David Zwick keeps our financial health on course.

David leads the global financial strategy and operations of the company and is responsible for capital and operating budgets, taxes and investor relations. He also provides oversight of procurement, IT and facilities.

David has a global background in both publicly traded and private equity-held companies and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. David has served as CFO at Transworld Systems, Hilco Global and Inteliquent, Inc. Prior to that, he was a senior investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. David began his career at Arthur Andersen.

David is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has a BA in finance. He also has an MBA from Northwestern University and is a certified public accountant.
