Nicole Segerer

Nicole Segerer is the current General Manager of Revenera at Flexera. Prior to this, they spent four years as Marketing Manager at Acando. During their time at Acando, they were responsible for managing the Marketing team, which included solution marketing, demand generation, PR, design, and internal communications. Nicole also reported directly to the management team.

Nicole was instrumental in building out the solution strategy from a marketing perspective and significantly increasing awareness for Acando as a solution provider in all key areas. Nicole successfully marketed consulting solutions as well as product offerings and created relevant content, customer success stories, and press releases. In addition, they drove a centralized website relaunch for all Acando companies across Europe, which resulted in a consistent corporate design and information architecture that bolstered up the broader European presence of the company.

Nicole also launched an employer branding initiative together with Recruiting and HR that resulted in more awareness on the job market and drove more interest from the target group. Nicole owned brand, voice, corporate design, and internal communications and developed a great brand with a lot of internal and external recognition, a consistent user experience, and a recognizable company voice.

Nicole Segerer has a Master of Arts in Multimedia Production from Fachhochschule Kiel. Nicole also has a certification from SAP in SAP Certified Solution Architect ERP - Integration of Business Processes.
