David Ponce de Leon

David Ponce de Leon is the Vice President at FlexForm Technologies. David has also previously worked as the Director Program Management-NAFTA at HP Pelzer.

David has successfully launched 161 new products into production across 9 different manufacturing plants in the USA and Mexico. David has also brought the overall new program EBITDA score card on target. David has successfully placed more than 42 products above target EBITDA and generated several millions in EBITDA improvement road maps for under-performing programs.

David has implemented a systematic Product Development Process and Gate System for the new product development. David has coordinated and executed 29 executive management Gate Reviews for 35 different simultaneous programs.

David Ponce de Leon has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, a certificate in marketing from Indiana University South Bend, a certificate in PMP professional project management from the International Institute for Learning, and a certificate in negotiations, presentations and public speaking from The Personal Performance Center. David also has a certification from LinkedIn in Leading with a Heavy Heart.
