Derrick Ditmore

Derrick Ditmore has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies. Derrick began their career at Aggreko in 2006, where they worked as an Operations Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Event Services Project Manager. In these positions, Derrick managed technicians and ensured compliance with standards, while also overseeing the setup and execution of high-profile events.

In 2013, Derrick joined Murphy Oil as a Material & Logistics Coordinator and later became a Material & Logistics Supervisor. Derrick was responsible for maintaining accurate warehouse inventories, controlling assets worth $5M, and reducing trucking charges. During their time at Murphy Oil, Derrick also coordinated field casing and tubing orders.

Derrick returned to Aggreko in 2016 as a National Logistics Coordinator, coordinating vendors and conducting daily bidding to ensure cost-effective delivery. Derrick also processed purchasing transactions.

From 2017 to 2020, Derrick worked at Halliburton. Derrick served as a Logistics Specialist, overseeing the planning and execution of proppant delivery for frac crews. Derrick communicated with various teams to ensure just-in-time delivery. Later, Derrick worked as a Procurement Specialist, where they executed the sourcing plan and managed supplier performance.

Most recently, Derrick joined FlexGen® in 2020 as an Operations Specialist before being promoted to Sourcing Manager in June 2021. In these roles, they contributed to the overall operations of the company and managed sourcing activities.

Throughout their career, Derrick has acquired a wide range of skills in logistics, procurement, operations management, and vendor coordination.

Derrick Ditmore attended Texas A&M University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Derrick later studied at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
