Andrew Scheuren

Andrew Scheuren is currently the VP of Operations at Flexia. Prior to this, they were a Co-Owner at Solvation Distribution LLC from April 2020 to May 2021. Andrew was responsible for building and scaling the company from the ground up, overseeing and implementing all supply chain, procurement, operations, and sales processes. Andrew also established and maintained business relationships with key suppliers and vendors, and managed all daily operations associated with a DTC ecommerce company. In addition, Andrew managed logistics and inventory strategies to optimize on cost and customer satisfaction, and analyzed all sales data to further improve and adapt sales strategies.

Before Solvation Distribution LLC, Andrew was the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at TenEx Technologies, LLC from July 2019 to October 2020. Andrew successfully implemented and managed a network of third-party facilities across multiple states for manufacturing and distribution of company products. Andrew also developed procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, and production. Furthermore, they designed and implemented supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, and cost reduction. Lastly, they assisted in all areas of the business and take on multiple roles needed to scale a start-up business, including the implementation of ERP and CRM software.

Andrew Scheuren's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Digital & Innovation from ThePower Business School.
