Agnes Csobai

Agnes Csobai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Agnes started their career in 2011 as a Conference Assistant at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where they provided excellent customer service and was responsible for audio-visual equipment. In 2013, they worked as a Logistics Analyst at Rail&PaperlogEASTics Ltd. Hungary. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Tom's Kitchen.

In 2017, Agnes joined Rail Cargo Hungaria Zrt as an IT Support Specialist. Agnes'sresponsibilities included managing project scope and timeline, creating software specifications, conducting integration and end-to-end tests, and providing ongoing user support. Agnes also contributed to the continuous improvement of IT processes and procedures.

Currently, Agnes is a Software QA Tester at Flexion. Agnes'srole involves participating in manual testing, planning test strategies, writing and executing test scenarios and cases, performing feature and regression testing, and analyzing logs and data in Android Studio. Agnes reports bugs in Jira and test results in TestRail. Agnes works collaboratively with developers and other QA experts and documents their work.

Throughout their professional journey, Agnes has acquired skills in Jira, Android Studio, TestRail, SQL, manual testing, and FTP.

Agnes Csobai's education history includes various courses and certifications.
