Brigitte Robin

Brigitte Robin, CHRL, has diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Brigitte is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Flexiti. Prior to joining Flexiti, Brigitte worked at Interac Corp. as the Director of HR & Sr. HRBP. Brigitte also held various roles at CIBC, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Earlier in their career, Brigitte worked at CIBC Mellon as a Human Resources Consultant and at George Weston Limited as a Human Resources Generalist. Brigitte began their career as a Recruiter at Sapphire Technologies Canada and worked as a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant at Bilingual Source. Overall, Brigitte has gained extensive experience and expertise in HR management and talent acquisition throughout their career.

Brigitte Robin, CHRL, has a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Psychology & Sociology from Queen's University. Brigitte also holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from St. Lawrence College. In 2009, they obtained their Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPA). In 2013, they completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2022.
