David Chin

David Chin has a strong background in fraud operations and strategy. David is currently the Director of Fraud Operations at Flexiti since June 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at CIBC starting from 2006. Their roles at CIBC include Director of Fraud Effectiveness, Senior Product Manager in Fraud Strategy, Senior Consultant in Strategy & Insights, Senior Manager in the Process Centre of Excellence, Manager in the Process Centre of Excellence, Process Consultant, Loss Management Consultant, Senior Customer Satisfaction Representative, Customer Service Representative, and Financial Services Representative.
