David H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David most recently worked at Flexiti as the Director of Product Owners & Business Analysts. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Yobetech Corp. David spent a significant portion of their career at Scotiabank, where they held various positions including Senior Manager / Senior Product Owner, Manager of Business Analysis, Manager of Business Systems Analysis, and Senior Programmer Analyst. David also worked as a Product Manager and Senior Developer at Contingent Workforce Solutions Inc. and as a Software Developer at Genesis TP Inc. David began their career as a Business Analyst at Allegis Group Canada.

David H. attended McMaster University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a B.Eng degree in Software Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2019, Agile Product Ownership certification from the International Institute for Learning in 2017, and Agile Product Owner Role certification from LinkedIn in 2016.
