Hasnain Walji

Hasnain Walji has a strong background in technology and infrastructure engineering. Hasnain is currently working at Flexiti as the Vice President Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, where they lead the company's technology transformation and oversees cloud, DevSecOps, and infrastructure engineering initiatives. Hasnain'srole also involves managing post-deployment activities and fostering valuable relationships with stakeholders.

Prior to Flexiti, Hasnain was the AVP Cloud and Hosting Services at Co-operators, where they co-developed a cloud strategy and built a Cloud Centre of Excellence forum. Hasnain successfully implemented end-to-end cloud and hosting services solutions in multiple platforms and effectively communicated progress to executives.

Before Co-operators, Hasnain worked at RBC, where they held various roles such as Senior Director - Private Cloud, Director, Senior Infrastructure Architect, Senior Engineering Specialist, and Senior System Architect. In these roles, they played a key role in developing and implementing architectures and roadmaps for automated lifecycle management, infrastructure automation, and provisioning APIs. Hasnain also mentored junior team members and built partnerships to develop enterprise offerings.

Throughout their career, Hasnain has demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, infrastructure automation, and building standardized security features.

Hasnain Walji attended York University from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Computer Science.
