Sudipta Kumar Ghosh

Sudipta Kumar Ghosh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sudipta is currently working at Flexmoney Technologies Pvt Ltd as the Head of Merchant Acquisition and Alliances (Offline). In this role, they are leading efforts to diversify Flexmoney's Cardless Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) in the offline space by enabling multi-lender point-of-sales credit solutions. Sudipta'sresponsibilities include developing strategic partnerships and alliances, curating new partner relationships, expanding solutions, and focusing on revenue with value-based pricing. Sudipta is also accountable for aggregator partnership compliances as per RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.

Prior to their current position, Sudipta worked at Pine Labs as Regional Corporate Sales from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were associated with ICICI Merchant Services - India in various roles such as Lead Key Accounts, Lead - Sales Revenue Operation - National Retail Portfolio, Head National Alliances, and Head - West Revenue Enhancement. During their time at ICICI Merchant Services, Sudipta identified new business opportunities, managed large relationship portfolios, drove revenue enhancement, and developed effective commercial models for enterprise customers.

Sudipta also has experience working at ICICI Bank as the Head of West Emerging Market and Key Account Manager - Merchant Acquiring. Sudipta started their career at Nava Bharat Media Solutions as a Senior Executive in Marketing. Sudipta also worked at Merchant Media Limited as an Assistant Manager and ABP Group as an Executive in Marketing.

Throughout their career, Sudipta has demonstrated their expertise in sales, revenue enhancement, strategic partnerships, and marketing. Sudipta has received recognition for their sales excellence, including the First Data Global President’s Club award in 2013.

Sudipta Kumar Ghosh completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions, beginning in 1997 and ending in 1999. Prior to this, Sudipta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, Sudipta has obtained several certifications in various areas, including Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution and Digital Strategy from the Project Management Institute, Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making and Critical Thinking and Problem Solving from the Project Management Institute Houston, Excel Statistics - Data Analytics and Building Resilience from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as well as Strategic Thinking from the Project Management Institute Houston.
