Steve Riley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. STEVE started their career at Column Office Equipment as a Selling Sales Manager from 1991 to 2000. STEVE then moved on to Image Manufacturing, where they served as the Vice President of Sales from 2000 to 2006. At Image Manufacturing, they managed all sales and operations and was involved in providing managed print services. Following this, they established their own company called Environmental Office Solutions in 2006, where they served as the owner. Their goal was to responsibly remove office technology and recycle materials in accordance with EPA guidelines. In 2007, Steve joined FlexPrint Incorporated and held various roles including Business Improvement Associate, Total Managed Print Services Advisor, Managed Print Security Representative, Document Management/Workflow Solutions Advisor, Centralized Managed Printing Consultant, and Book Me: Business Improvement Strategy Call/Onsite Analysis Assessment. In these roles, they helped companies manage and improve their printing and document management processes, ensuring cost reductions, improved productivity, security, and workflow optimization.

Steve Riley attended Hinsdale Central High School from 1978 to 1981. STEVE then went on to Truman State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) in the field of Education from 1981 to 1986.
