Kristof Van Overloop

Based in Paris, he is a member of the European Investment Committee. He focuses on secondary transactions globally and is involved in all aspects of the investment process.

Prior to joining Flexstone Partners in 2020, Kristof was a principal in the Secondaries team at Adams Street Partners in London, where he was involved in sourcing, analyzing, executing, and monitoring private equity secondary opportunities in both developed and emerging markets. Kristof started his career as an M&A Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in London in 2009.

Kristof holds a Master in Business Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School. Kristof is also a CFA Charterholder.
