Lara Ferraro

Lara Ferraro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the travel industry. Lara currently holds the position of Senior Director of Enablement at Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas since April 2022. Previously, they worked at Air Canada as a Program Manager for Operations Excellence & CX from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Integration Consultant at Flight Centre Travel Group from September 2019 to April 2020. From July 2012 to January 2019, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Client Services at Direct Travel. Earlier in their career, Lara held various leadership positions at Vision 2000 Travel Group, including Senior Director of Corporate On-site Services (2010-2012), Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications (2008-2012), and Director of Account Management (2000-2008). With their extensive experience in strategy, integration, and client services, Lara has proven herself as a valuable asset in the travel industry.

Lara Ferraro has a diverse education history that includes certifications and degrees in various fields. In 2021, they obtained a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma from the Six Sigma Global Institute and pursued Agile Leadership at the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry. In 2019, they received Project Management Training from the Institute of Project Management. Prior to that, in 1997-1998, they earned a Certificate in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Concordia University. From 1994-1996, Lara studied Business Administration and Management at CEGEP - John Abbott College. Additionally, they hold several certifications such as Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy and various LinkedIn certifications in Business Analysis, Transformational Leadership, Change Leadership, and Digital Transformation. In 2020, they obtained the Global Travel Professional (GTP) certification from the GBTA | Global Business Travel Association.
