Albert Stephen

Albert Stephen serves as the Head of Human Resources at Flight Centre Travel Group since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading strategic HR integration and aligning initiatives with corporate goals to enhance productivity and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Albert held positions such as Associate Vice President – People & Culture, Manager - Human Resources at Essilor India, and Specialist – Human Resources at L&T Infotech. Educational credentials include a Senior Executive Development Program in Building Future CHROs from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on HR from the University of Madras, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
