Michelle Clements

Michelle Clements possesses extensive experience in remuneration and benefits management, currently serving as the Head of Global Remuneration & Benefits at Flight Centre Travel Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held multiple senior positions at Mirvac over an eight-year period, ultimately becoming the Director of Reward, Performance & Governance. Earlier career roles include positions at Commonwealth Bank as Remuneration Manager, UBS as Reward Advisor and Business Risk Specialist, and experience at Macquarie Group, State Street, Credit Suisse, and Carter Holt Harvey in various analytical and advisory capacities. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Human Resources Management from The University of Waikato.
