Kelly Konen

Kelly Konen is an experienced professional in emergency medical services and firefighting, currently serving as a Flight Paramedic at Flight For Life since February 2023. With a background as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Western Lakes Fire District since August 2017 and at LAKE COUNTRY FIRE & RESCUE since June 2019, as well as previous experience at Hartland Fire Department, Kelly has developed a strong skill set in emergency response. Additionally, Kelly has demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities through roles in sailing program management and coaching, including serving as Program Director at Pewaukee Lake Sailing School and Head Coach for the Milwaukee Youth Sailing Team. Educational credentials include studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College and ongoing education at Waukesha County Technical College.
