T€rcio C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aeronautical law, tax law, and air transport. Currently a member of the Flight Safety Foundation and an effective member of multiple commissions at the São Paulo State Bar Association, T€rcio has been involved in the aeronautical law sector since 2016 and holds various responsibilities in customs and tax law. As the owner and attorney-at-law at TMC Sole Proprietorship Advocacy since 2016, T€rcio specializes in tax, customs, and aeronautical law. In aviation, T€rcio has served as a captain since 1998, holding both Brazilian and American pilot licenses. Additionally, T€rcio has a background in IT project management and volunteer work with Instituto Pro Bono. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from UNIFOR and a Master’s Degree in Network Computers from FIC.
