Sandra Alves Pontes

Sandra Alves Pontes has been a key professional in the field of Human Resources and safety, currently serving as a Human Factors Safety Officer at TAP Air Portugal since August 2008. With extensive experience in talent management and people development, Sandra has held various roles, including Senior Manager of People Development and HR Manager for Corporate Areas and Health Care Unit. In addition, Sandra serves as a member of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses since May 2010 and has maintained a clinical psychology practice since 2001.
