Alexander Weishaupt

Alexander Weishaupt has worked at Flightright since July 2014, starting in the Legal Department and progressing to become the Head of Airline Relationship Management / Legal Department in September 2016. In this role, they are responsible for managing communication and processes with all airlines regarding Regulation (EC)-261/2004 cases. Alexander also develops litigation strategies across Europe and is involved in the development and optimization of LegalTech solutions. Prior to Flightright, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Hӧch Kadelbach Rechtsanwӓlte from April 2014 to January 2015.

Alexander Weishaupt attended the University of Bremen from 2004 to 2010, where they completed their degree in Jurastudium, allgemein, earning a Staatsexamen. Alexander later pursued further education at Oberlandesgericht Celle from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a 2. Staatsexamen in the field of Jurastudium, allgemein. Additionally, in 2012 and 2013, they completed a Rechtsreferendariat and Anwalts- und Wahlstation at Heinz / von Rothkirch Rechtsanwälte, focusing on Jurastudium, allgemein.
