Michelle Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience at FlightSafety International since March 2023. Previously, Michelle held the role of Station Manager at Alaska Airlines from September 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 30 employees, fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity, managing relationships with business partners, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
