Marcelo Cuadrado has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, beginning in 2000 when they worked as a Software Developer and Software Engineer for MOST and Grupo MOST, respectively. In 2002, they became a Consultant for BearingPoint and a Project Leader for iLatina Business Services. From 2007 to 2017, Marcelo worked at Intel Corporation in various roles, including Engineering Manager for McAfee Active Response, Engineering Manager for Cloud Orchestration Team, Integration Manager for AppUp, and Program and Release Manager for Intel SOA Security Toolkit. In 2021, Marcelo became a Vice President of Software Engineering for Fligoo, and a Consultant in Software Engineering Practices for ROSS Outside the Box. In all of their roles, Marcelo has been responsible for product development, deliveries to customers, engineering processes implementation, and talent management.

Marcelo Cuadrado obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in software from Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires between 1993 and 1999. Marcelo then completed a Maestría en Dirección de empresas (MADE) at Universidad del CEMA in 2004. Marcelo also attended Instituto cervantes de Bolivar. In addition, they have obtained three certifications, including Kubernetes para desarrolladores esencial from LinkedIn in 2021, Cloud Architecture: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in 2020, and Certified Scrum Master - Scrum Alliance 2010 from Scrum Alliance in 2010.
