Facundo Aimar

Facundo Aimar has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Facundo began their career at Hewlett-Packard as a Midrange Operations Focal Point, where they were responsible for Knowledge Transfer, training, initial design of operation, processes and continuous improvement for a team of 35 resources. In 2012, they moved to the role of Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where they were responsible for coordinating Delivery Teams and reducing the volume of incidents received by the first support level by 47%. In 2013, they were appointed Global PMO Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they were responsible for implementing the Project Management Office (PMO) and developing methodology for global portfolio management. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Globant as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, where they were responsible for the e-commerce of Southwest Airlines (USA). During this period, they were also Project Manager of a team of 20 people onsite and offshore, and PM of the automation team across different development teams and PM cloud to establish the new CI/CD infrastructure for the account. In 2019, they moved to ESolutions S.A. as a Scrum Master and Project Manager. Later that year, they joined Fligoo as Project Manager, Program Manager and Head of PMO, where they were in charge of leading several Data Science and Machine Learning projects in wealth management, retail banking, health, FMCG and education industries. In this role, they managed and oversaw the development of software applications, inhouse directing the work with TLs architects and engineers to ensure that best practices around software development were applied, meeting projects' milestones and achieving organizational and clients goals. Facundo also acted as Product Owner and Business Analyst in the product development area.

Facundo Aimar has a diverse educational background. In 2018, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in the field of Scrum Master. In 2011, they earned a Project Management Diploma from Universidad Blas Pascal in the field of Project Management. From 2002 to 2008, they obtained a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Universidad Blas Pascal in the field of Telecommunications Engineering. Facundo also earned a Telecomunication engineer from Universidad Blas Pascal from 2002 to 2009. In 2022, they will obtain a Product Manager - Product Management Program from Kinetic.
