Tom Blair

Tom Blair currently serves as the Dining Services Director at Flik Hospitality Group, a position held since October 2019. Previously, Tom held roles such as Director of Food and Beverage at Coto De Caza Golf and Racquet Club from September 2018 to September 2019, and Director of Restaurant Operations at Live Nation House of Blues from October 2017 to September 2018. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Real Mex Restaurants from August 2014 to October 2017, and at Elephant Bar Restaurant from April 2011 to August 2014. Tom's career began as General Manager at The Auld Irisher from January 2008 to February 2011, where the restaurant was subsequently sold. Tom Blair earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Rancho Santiago College between 1991 and 1993.
