Stuart Cumming

Stuart Cumming currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Flinders Christian Community College, where advancements in HR have transitioned from reactive to proactive strategies for a team of 350 staff since November 2018. Prior experience includes HR consulting for the not-for-profit sector with ACD, alongside significant roles at Domain.com.au, where Stuart held positions as HR Director and HR & Employee Experience Director from 2012 to 2018, focusing on talent management and employee engagement in a dynamic media landscape. Earlier roles include various HR management positions at Fairfax Media, ANZ, Minter Ellison, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Kraft Foods, and Holeproof, complementing an academic background with a Bachelor of Economics in Labour Economics from Monash University, obtained in the early 1990s.
