Walethia Aquil

Facilitator-business Etiquette at FLINT AND GENESEE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Walethia Aquil has a long and varied work experience. In 2008, they founded and became the CEO/Founder of My Dreams Do Come True, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing formal gowns to financially disadvantaged high school girls in Genesee County. In 2011, they joined The Global Institute of Enterprise Development as a Business Etiquette Instructor. The following year, they became an UP Woman-Leader, a program which focuses on deepening women's personal awareness and providing them with tools for business success. In 2010, Walethia became a Facilitator-Business Etiquette and Ambassador for TeenQuest, an after-school pre-employment leadership training program for high school students. In 2014, they joined Grace and Charm Academy LLC as a Lead Facilitator-State approved continuing education. Walethia also returned to The Global Institute of Enterprise Development in 2011 as an Instructor.

Walethia Aquil obtained a Certification in Protocol and Business Etiquette from The Protocol School of Washington in 2002. Walethia also holds a Corporate Etiquette Consultant certification from the same institution.
