Ida Hempel

Ida Hempel is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Planning Manager for Narrow Web at Flint Group since April 2020, where additional roles include Interim Global Supply Chain Director and Narrow Web Projects Lead. Prior to Flint Group, Ida worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from August 2018 to October 2019, and as a Project Manager at Alfa Laval from September 2014 to March 2018, contributing to the Supply Chain Program. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Supply Chain Planner and Project Manager at Lantmännen from 2008 to May 2014, focusing on long/midterm planning and change management initiatives. Ida holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University and completed training at Coachwalk Academy.
