The opportunity
We have a great opportunity to join our People Experience team in a permanent part-time role (at 25 hours per week). As the People Experience Coordinator, you’ll support the operations of the wider PX team and be the first point of contact for our team members. This is an exciting role that will allow you to explore many areas of HR giving you lots of variety and opportunities for development.
The role
In this role you’ll be supporting the wider PX team and be involved in administration and coordination across the full range of activities that impact the people experience; from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, performance, engagement, reporting …. the list goes on!
You’ll be an integral part of the team and can look forward to soaking up the knowledge of our wider team, finding an area that you are passionate about exploring as you grow your career.
What you’ll bring

Our ideal person will be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships. Importantly, you’ll have a willingness to bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo!
Also:
1-2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
A focus on attention to detail and quality
You’ll be solutions driven and tech savvy
You’re confident and experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite; and
You’re a quick learner who uses your initiative!
