Harsh Payal

Harsh Payal is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Flip since July 2022, focusing on eWallet and Risk & Fraud products, Harsh previously held the role of Product Manager at Flip Indonesia, overseeing KYC and Risk & Fraud initiatives. Prior experience includes Product Manager positions at BharatPe, where responsibilities included secured and unsecured lending products, and at leap.club, as a founding employee integral to its growth. Earlier roles also include Associate Product Manager at Circle Internet and leadership positions at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, where Harsh served as President of the Students' Gymkhana and President of Hall of Residence -X. Harsh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology and a minor in Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Sociology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
