Muhammad began their career in 2012 as a CDM Staff at PT Sungai Budi, where they were responsible for checking and fixing Daily SCADA & Totalizer CSV, sending fixed CSV to the field, and inputting fixed CSV to monthly required data reports. In 2016, they joined Huawei Technologies as a TOC Engineer, where they were responsible for data center environment monitoring through Building Management System (BMS) Schneider Desktop Application, server rack monitoring of temperature, humidity, power, batteries, generator, etc., alarm monitoring including soft/basic action towards it, supervising any activities (maintenance, trouble shooting, etc.) done by third parties in data center environment, creating a data back up of temperature & humidity of server rack based on BMS Apps, creating daily checklist monitoring of monitored device parameters, creating weekly report based on daily checklist data, and creating Monthly report about temperature & humidity monitoring by BMS app & Panel Distribution Unit (PDU) data and delivering it to the Operation Manager. In 2018, Muhammad joined PT Immobi Solusi Prima as an OSS Engineer, where they were responsible for collecting and processing KPI data from Ericsson and Huawei database with SQL query using Interactive SQL, Ms. Access and Navicat, and delivering daily dashboard reports using Ms. In the same year, they also joined Huawei Technologies as a FO VAS NOC and FO RAN NOC. In 2019, they joined PT Astra International Tbk as a Frontend Web Developer. In 2020, they joined Tech in Asia Indonesia as a Frontend Engineer. Currently, in 2021, they are a Software Engineer (Frontend) at Flip, where their current responsibilities include developing Help Center (help.flip.id) from scratch for both desktop and mobile (WebView) platforms, and developing internal products for Help Center Operational teams.

Muhammad attended Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Computer Science in Informatics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta from 2009 to 2012, studying Teknik Audio Video (Elektronika). Muhammad also holds a certification from PT IMMOBI SOLUSI PRIMA for the 4G - 5G RNO Engineer Development Programs.
