Pallavi Nanda

Pallavi Nanda is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Flipkart. Pallavi has held various significant positions, including Associate Director of Employer Branding and Senior Talent Brand Specialist at Flipkart, as well as Employer Branding Lead for Philips India. Previous roles include expertise in employer branding at Sapient, serving as a Senior Consultant at HR India Solutions, and an early career position as a Trainee at DLF Pramerica. Pallavi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
