Suresh John

Suresh John is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at Flipkart. Previously, Suresh held the position of Customer Experience Head at Amazon and was the Global Workforce Optimization Head for Asia at Citi. Additional roles include leadership positions at Citibank N.A., where Suresh served as CitiPhone Head for the Middle East and Consumer Operations Lead in Bahrain, as well as CitiPhone Head for UAE and Bahrain. Suresh began their career at Citibank N.A. as Senior Vice President, overseeing CitiPhone operations in the southern region. Suresh holds a PGDM in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre For Management & HRD and a BBS in Marketing from College Of Business Studies, Delhi University.
