Paul Costaseca has a diverse range of work experience. Paul co-founded Flipr in 2016 and currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at e-Center from 2013 to 2016, where they were responsible for two B2C web-to-print brands and one B2B brand. Paul implemented e-commerce strategies and focused on customer segmentation and loyalty. From 2012 to 2013, Paul was an E-Marketing Manager at Mercurius Group, where they developed and improved the company's websites by implementing e-marketing strategies and managing e-commerce projects. Paul also has experience as a Marketing Instructor at the University of Perpignan in 2012, where they taught strategic and operational marketing to Master's students. Additionally, they worked as a Chargé d'actions e-Marketing at Sud Vacances from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on traffic acquisition and optimization of SEM campaigns. Paul also has experience at SFR as an Assistant Product Manager in 2009, where they supported the development and testing of mobile mail products. Prior to that, they worked as a Chargé des Phases de Recettes d'une application en ligne at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montpellier in 2008, and as a Commercial Engineer at Dell in 2008, where they sold products and services and managed customer relationships.
Paul Costaseca has a diverse education background. From 2003 to 2006, they attended UPVD Alumni, where they obtained a Licence in Administration Economique et Social. Their studies focused on various subjects including droit des affaires, droit des sociétés, droit des contrats, and marketing. Continuing their education, Paul then joined Montpellier Business School from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a DECM degree and studied subjects related to management, marketing, and finance. In 2008 to 2009, they also attended the University of Montpellier, where they obtained a Master 2 in Marketing des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication. This program encompassed various areas such as webmarketing, gestion de projet multimédia, SI, sécurité des SI, eBusiness, and droit des TIC.
