Chloe Jiyeon Kang

Chloe Jiyeon Kang has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Chloe Jiyeon is currently the Head of Global Recruiting at Flipster and Presto Labs, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Technical Recruiting Lead, APAC at Sendbird from December 2021 to February 2023. Chloe also held various roles at Coupang, including Sr. Manager of Tech Recruiting, Senior Total Reward Specialist, Senior Technical Recruiter, and Assistant Manager of the Talent Acquisition Team, during their tenure from 2014 to 2021. Chloe Jiyeon began their career as a Researcher and Human Resources Assistant at the Management Research Center, Ewha Womans University in 2012. Chloe led various initiatives such as designing and implementing recruiting processes, managing HR policies, and conducting data analysis to improve recruitment metrics.

Chloe Jiyeon Kang holds a Master's degree in Human Resource & Organizational Behaviour from Ewha Womans University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English for Communication, Interpretation and Translation and International Administrative Studies from Pusan University of Foreign Studies from 2007 to 2011. In 2005, Chloe attended De La Salle University, and the following year they studied at St.Mary of the Woods School. Additionally, Chloe has obtained certifications in Employer Branding to Attract Talent and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2020.
