Mako Cheung

Mako Cheung has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They are currently working at Float as a Senior Manager, Product Ops since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CBRE as a Product Manager, Data from March 2023 to July 2023. Mako also has experience at DoorDash, where they served as a Manager, Merchant Strategy and Operations from June 2021 to March 2023. Before that, Mako worked at Bell as a Specialist, Strategy and Analytics from April 2018 to June 2021. Mako's career started at Accenture, where they worked as an Analyst, Technology from April 2016 to April 2018. Additionally, Mako has experience as a Co-Founder of various startups from February 2015 to January 2016.

Mako Cheung completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2015. They also obtained additional certifications including "Digital Product Management Fundamentals" from the University of Virginia and "Google UX Design Specialization" from Google in May 2023. In 2016, Mako obtained a certification in "Foundations of Data Science" from the University of Toronto.
