BDR & Enablement Lead at Float

Nicole Plant has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 with a role as Communications and Community Services Assistant at United Way Oxford. In 2017, they moved into a Resource Development Assistant role at the same company, where they championed the development of a volunteer management system and redeveloped recruitment and reporting procedures for Youth United. In 2018, they worked as a Summer Intern at MaRS Discovery District, developing new programming and redesigning program structure based on research with stakeholders, data analysis and pilots. From 2016 to 2019, Plant worked at Loopio in several roles, including Manager of Sales Development, Sales Enablement Program Manager, Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Sr. Sales Development Representative and Sales Development Representative. In 2022, Plant began working at Float as an Account Executive, and also began working at Pavilion as an Associate.

Nicole Plant has completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Western University (2015-2019). Nicole then went on to complete an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University (2017-2019). In 2019, Nicole Plant was accepted into the Venture for Canada Fellowship Program, which they are currently enrolled in. Additionally, Nicole Plant has obtained a Sales Enablement Professional certification from Sales Enablement PRO in February 2022.
