Victoria Boult

Victoria Boult began their work experience in 2015 as a Cashier at Champs Sports. In 2017, they joined FDM Group as a Receptionist/Travel Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, they managed FDM's weekly graduate-recruiting event and conducted post-event debriefs with interviewers. In 2021, they joined Ada as a Talent Coordinator, where they supported the Talent Acquisition team and assisted in hiring key positions within the company. In 2022, Victoria was promoted to Senior Talent Coordinator at Ada, where they continued to provide excellent candidate and interviewer experiences. In 2023, they joined Float as a People & Talent Coordinator.

Victoria Boult completed their education by first attaining an Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Distinction in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Toronto Mississauga. Victoria attended this institution from 2013 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a Certificate in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Sheridan College. Prior to their college and university education, Victoria Boult completed a Specialist High Skills Major in Communications from St. Joan of Arc CSS between 2009 and 2013.
