Zoë Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Zoë most recently worked as a Customer Success at Float since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Team Lead and a Customer Success Manager at Thinkific from 2019 to 2022. In 2016, Zoë Holms attended the City University of Hong Kong, where they focused on International Business in the field of Business. Zoë completed their studies there in 2017.

Later in 2017, Zoë Holms enrolled at the Mannheim Business School to pursue a certification in Value Based Management. Zoë obtained this certification in March 2017, specializing in Business Administration and Management.

Additionally, they obtained a BCom certificate from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business in November 2017.
